Hunter Lawrence Hunter Lawrence, a Denver native, has been creating and teaching art for the last 10 years. In honor of the centennial, the theme of this show, his work will concern itself with a self-portrait symbolic photo-collage, featuring aspects of his life, central to him, as well as interests and influences. Images are derived from 1907, including Christian churches, documents, influential authors, as well as images of golf at the turn of the century, and a Vassar graduate/artist born in 1907. In addition, images of the church he attends will be featured, in that it too is celebrating its 100 year anniversary.
